“TD Domeng” June 6, 2018 Weather Update
SYNOPSIS: As of 3:00 am today, the center of Tropical Depression DOMENG was estimated, based on all available data, at 700 km East of Guiuan, Eastern Samar (11.3 N, 132.1 E) with maximum sustained winds of 45 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 60 km/h. It is forecast to move Northwest at 15 km/h.
FORECAST:
Visayas, Palawan and Occidental Mindoro will have cloudy skies with moderate to occasionally heavy rains and thunderstorms due to ITCZ and TD Domeng.
Moderate to strong winds from the Southwest to South will prevail over Palawan and Occidental Mindoro and the coastal waters will be moderate to rough. Moderate to occasionally strong winds will prevail over Visayas and the coastal waters will be moderate to occasionally rough.
