TD Caloy Makes Landfall in Surigao del Sur-PAGASA
PAGASA, in its 11 am update, said Tropical Depression Caloy made landfall in the vicinity of Tandag City, Surigao del Sur,
The bulletin said Caloy maintained its strength with maximum winds of 45 kph and is predicted to move west at 11 kph.
Reports said Caloy was located 70 km southeast of Surigao City or in the vicinity of Tandag City, Surigao del Sur at 10 a.m. Saturday. It added Caloy may bring rainfall of 5 to 15 mm per hour (moderate to heavy) within its 300-km diameter.
TD Caloy is expected to be at 60 km east of Dumaguete City on Sunday morning, and at 170 km east of Puerto Princesa City by Monday morning.
PAGASA said that by Tuesday morning, it is expected to be at 170 km west northwest of Puerto Princesa City.

Philippine Coast Guard said four domestic flights were cancelled Saturday morning leaving 1,136 passengers stranded in Central Visayas alone, while 33 vessels and one motor bangka were stranded, report said.

The Department of Transportation and Communications said more flights were canceled due to bad weather, including:

2P-065: Manila to Surigao
2P-066: Surigao to Manila
