Tambuli Seaside Living Tops Off Residential Resort Project
It isn’t good-bye. Tambuli Beach Club, a brand that has been known to many Cebuanos and tourists alike when it comes to choosing a resort destination in the island, will be transformed into a residential-resort condominium property.
Tambuli Seaside Living aims to provide 365 days of fun, sea and sand in a paradise home within reach for residents to enjoy. It held its groundbreaking ceremonies last January 8 at the site with the presence of Tytans Properties and Development officials and partners namely Montano Ty, wife Grace Ty, Hazel Tan, Archt. Alex Medalla, John Go of Alpine Construction, Business Development Manager Vito Carlo Genove and President Gerard Tan.
Also was known as Cebu Beach Club, the resort has been a favorite venue for family and barkada outings, and for major events in Cebu’s resort-scape for the past 35 years. It is a sprawling 11-hectare property in Buyong, Mactan, Lapu-lapu City, which had taken advantage of its natural amenities—hundreds of trees all over the area.
The soon-to-rise Tambuli Seaside Living property promises to continue serving its loyal customers by giving them not just a vacation, but also a home, which would make them feel everyday a vacation. Imagine yourself waking up to the kiss of gentle sea breeze, to the view of the soothing blue waters, to the sound of enticing waves all packed up in your very own home. This is what Tambuli Seaside Living is all about.
Soon-to-rise Tambuli Seaside Living
It is evident that there are a lot of condominium projects sprouting around the city but there is none of them for a vacation-home. This what makes Tambuli Seaside Living different. Thus, the developer made the new twist to this promising resort property.
Tambuli Seaside Living is the first residential resort community in Cebu to have a ready 200 meters white beach front. It will soon be composed of six mid-rise to high rise residential condominium towers with a 4-hectare amenity which houses a modern asian clubhouse, a commercial complex (convenience store, family KTV, resto bar, beauty salon, laundry shop), a gym, three restaurants, a resort spa, a dry sports facility, a water sports facility, a lagoon type swimming pool with bar and a lapping pool with kiddie pool.
Instead of having a thematic architecture, a modern-tropical design is adapted which, Archt. Medalla said, is “very lasting”. There are 10 storeys in Towers A and B with a total of 144 residential units. Tambuli Seaside living is expected to be finished by the fourth quarter of 2016. The studio units will take up about 35 to 38 square meters while one-bedroom units will occupy a space of 46 to 63 square meters. All units come with a balcony as a treat to all residents, and are all fully furnished.
Truly, at Tambuli Seaside Living, one can enjoy 365 days of fun, sea and sand in a paradise home within reach!
