Talisay Police Arrested 4 Individuals in Oplan Limpyo Talisay
The Talisay City Police Station started the year 2020 by arresting 4 individuals during the “Oplan Limpyo Talisay”.
The operation, spearheaded by the station chief Police Major (PMAJ) Gerard Ace Pelare was able to arrest two individuals for violating Republic Act 9165 or the Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
Authorities seized 27 grams of suspected shabu with a street value of P4,896.
Meanwhile, another two individuals were arrested for violation of Presidential Decree 1602 or “Prescribing Stiffer Penalties on Illegal Gambling”.
Gambling machines and paraphernalia were confiscated. (MLC)
