Talisay Declares Half-day Work on Thursday

It’s half day work on Thursday, October 31, 2013 at the Talisay City Hall so the employees can have time to visit the graves of their loved
ones, Talisay City Mayor Johnny V. delos Reyes has said in its issued memorandum issued on Wednesday.

“In observance of the All Saints Day and All Souls Day, to give employees and job order workers time to visit their departed loved ones in their respective provinces and to avoid inconvenience of the traffic rush, office hours are hereby suspended on Thursday at 1 p.m.,”
read the memorandum.

With this notice, City Hall workers, whether job order and regular, can go back to work on Monday, as Friday, Nov. 1 (All Saints Day), is a
special non-working day.
