Talisay City Central High School Catches Fire
A fire razed some parts of the Talisay City Central High School past 5 in the afternoon yesterday, August 12.
According to the investigation, the fire started at a vacant lot inside the school where armchairs were situated.
5 classrooms were affected by the fire.
Authorities said that they received the alarm at 5:57 p.m. and declared task force alpha right away since the fire spread so quickly.
Sr. Insp. Arra Alpajaro, Fire Marshal of Talisay City said that the fire was under control after 30 minutes of firefighting.
There were no casualties reported.
P60,000 worth of damages were estimated. (MLC)
