Talisay Buy-bust Yields P300k Worth Drugs

A buy-bust operation in Barangay Lawaan 3, Talisay City yielded P300,000 worth of illegal drugs on a Sunday afternoon, October 21, 2018.

The suspect Jesaro Cartol Repe, a resident of the area was arrested around 4 P.M. after he transacted with an undercover police officer.

Repe yielded multiple medium packs of suspected shabu with an estimated value of P354,000 and a revolver with live ammunations.

The suspect is currently detained at the detention facility at Talisay City Police and will face charges in violation of R.A. 9165 also known as the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002. (Aljun S. Cainghog)
