Cebu cops may have not been able to go to Camp Bagong Diwa on January 30, but just like many Filipinos, they made their own way of paying their final respects to the 44 Special Action Force police personnel who were slain in the Mamasapano, Maguindanao firefight last January 25, 2015.

Nearly 800 cops in Cebu converged at Cebu I.T. Park, Lahug at 4AM on the Philippine National Police Academy Alumni Association’s (PNPAAA) invitation to join the “Sympathy Walk for Justice”.

Policemen who joined were from as far as Ronda town in the south and San Remegio in north Cebu.
