SYNOPSIS: At 3:00AM today, the eye of TYPHOON “PAENG” was located at 750 km East of Basco, Batanes (21.4°N, 129.1°E) with maximum sustained winds of 160 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 195 km/h. It is moving North slowly.

FORECAST: Visayas, Palawan and Occidental Mindoro will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.

Moderate to strong winds blowing from the West to Southwest will prevail over Visayas, Palawan and Occidental Mindoro with moderate to rough seas.
