Location of the Eye at 3AM: 1,390 km East of Southern Luzon (14.0N, 137.1E)
Maximum sustained winds: 200 kph
Gustiness: Up to 245 kph
Movement: West at 20 kph
FORECAST:
Palawan, and Western Visayas will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorm due to Southwest monsoon. Occidental Mindoro, the rest of Visayas will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to localized thunderstorms.
Moderate to strong winds from Southwest to West will prevail over Palawan, Occidental Mindoro, and the western and eastern section of Visayas, with moderate to rough seas. Light to moderate winds will prevail over the rest of Visayas with slight to moderate seas.
