Santacruzan sa Sugbo

Santacruzan sa Sugbo will be celebrated at the Mountain Wing of SM Seaside Cebu in partnership with Clothes for Life this May 15, 2016. It is the first time the Santacruzan sa Sugbo will be held in SM Seaside Cebu as this event used to be held at the Northwing of SM City Cebu.

The photo exhibit will run from May 15-22 as the highlight of this month-long celebration of Flores de Mayo. It will feature 34 beautiful women or Zagalas who embodied the virtues of the Virgin Mary which are innocence, beauty, love, elegance and spirituality.

On the last day of the event, there will be a mass and coronation for the Reina Emperatriz at the Pedro Calungsod Church. For this year’s queens, Margette Villarica is Reina Emperatiz, Stephanie Senires-Villarica is Reina Elena, Jamie Herrel is Reina de la Flores and Raine Baljak is Reina Banderada. The rest of the 30 young women who are chosen for this year’s Santacruzan sa Sugbu are beauty title-holders or contestants amongst the prestigious pageants of Cebu.
