Samsung Galaxy Alpha Announced

Samsung has officially revealed the latest addition to Galaxy smartphone range – the Samsung Galaxy Alpha. It sets a new standard for design, featuring a metal frame, elegantly curved corners, and a tactle soft back cover.

The device sports a brilliant 4.7-inch HD Super AMOLED display, an octa-core/quad-core 2.5 GHz processor, 32 GB on-board storage (no micro SD slot), a 12 MP camera at the back with a 2.1 MP front-facing camera, and 1,860 mAh battery.

The Galaxy Alpha will run on the latest Android 4.4.4 KitKat out of the box and will boast of features like Ultra-Power Saving Mode, S Health, Finger Print Scanner, Private Mode connectivity with the latest Samsung Gear Fit, Gear Live and Gear 2 wearables.

The Galaxy Alpha will be available at the beginning of September where you can choose from Charcoal Black, Dazzling White, Frosted Gold, Sleek Silver, and Scuba Blue color variant depending on the region you’re living in.
