Robber, Drug Pushers Caught in Consolacion
Two drug pushers and One notorious robber fall into different anti-criminal operations in Consolacion, Cebu on September 2 and 6, 2018.
Notorious Robber Caught in Hot Pursuit Op
A notorious robber was caught in a hot pursuit operation after the victims asked for help on Thursday, September 6, 2018.
The 19 year-old suspect was identified by Consolacion MDEU as Steve Abucay Pepito alias “Teban”. A resident of Sitio Sun-ok, Brgy. Tayud, Consolacion.
The suspect was said to have pointed his firearm at the victims and robbed two cellular phones.
An unlicensed .357 revolver with three live ammunations and small plastic packs suspected to contain shabu was recovered by police officers from the suspect.
Town Pushers Fall in Buy Bust
Two newly identified drug pushers were caught in separate buy-bust operations of Consolacion Police MDEU on September 2, 2018.
The two identified suspects were arrested just outside a food park at Brgy. Pitogo, Consolacion. The Consolacion Police identified the suspects as Eduard Ave Alvios, 20, a resident of Danao City and Earl Maunion Bargayo, 20, a resident of Brgy. Oppra, Cebu City.
Alvios yielded a black widow calibre 9mm with three live ammunations and six small plastic sachets suspected to contain shabu while Bargayo yielded three small sachets suspected to be shabu.
Both suspects will face charges in violation of R.A. 9165 also known as Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 and R.A. 10591 Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act and are now detained at the Consolacion Police Station. (Aljun S. Cainghog)
