SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 AM today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 505 km East of Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur (8.3 N, 130.9 E). Tail-end of a Cold Front affecting Eastern Visayas. Northeast Monsoon affecting Luzon.

FORECAST:
Eastern Visayas will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to the Tail-end of a Cold Front. Western and Central Visayas, the provinces of Palawan and Occidental Mindoro will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rains.

Strong to gale force wind blowing from the Northeast will prevail over Eastern Visayas, Palawan and Occidental Mindoro and the coastal waters will be rough to very rough. Moderate to strong will prevail over the rest of Visayas and its coastal waters will be moderate to rough.
