Ramel Realin Takes Home Award For Yamaha Philippines
The 7th Yamaha World Technician Grand Prix brought together the best of the brand across the globe for a competition that improves Customer Satisfaction, focusing on a professional tech skills, job explanation and special care treatment for customer. It is divided into 3 different categories that define the ability of the technician; first is Basic Maintenance skill for accurate process, Disassembly, Adjustments, Assembly, and Measurement. Second is Technical Skill, a Practical Exam that for trouble shooting and proper repairs on updated technical and of FI system. Third is Customer Relation: Interaction with customer at a service facility and mentioning importance of genuine parts.
After going through the National Technician Grand Prix in the Philippines, Ramel Realin of UEMI Urdaneta, was one of the Customer Service Award Winners. He displayed outstanding service and quality interaction with a customer; his performance led to him being one of the 3 awardees in a field of 21.
Yamaha continues to evolve in each aspect of customer satisfaction and this program further enhances technical knowledge and skill in a high-level competition, and also recognizes contribution, raise their proficiency, and motivate the technicians to achieve.
