Rainshowers In Luzon On Thursday
Expect rains in some parts of Luzon due to the presence of the tailend of a cold front, according to Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) on Thursday.
PAGASA weather forecaster Manny Mendoza said that no weather disturbance is seen near the Philippine Area of Responsibility in the next two to three days.
The tail end of a cold front, which produces clouds and rain, affects extreme northern Luzon while the easterlies or warm winds affects the eastern section of the country.
For Thursday forecast, the country will experience cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and isolated thunderstorms over the islands of Batanes, Calayan and Babuyan.
Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorm mostly in the afternoon or evening will prevail over Metro Manila and the rest of the country.
Light to moderate winds blowing from the east to southeast will prevail over northern and central Luzon and coming from the east over the rest of the country.
The coastal waters throughout the archipelago will be slight to moderate.(PNA) JMC/CLTC/Christian Robert M. Roxas (OJT)
