Rain Over Bicol Region, Samar – PAGASA
State weather agency said that Bicol region and the provinces of Samar will be cloudy with light to moderate rain showers and thunderstorms on Monday.
PAGASA said this is due to a tail-end of a cold front.
PAGASA added that Metro Manila and the rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms. Winds will be moderate to strong winds from the northeast over northern Luzon, where coastal waters will be moderate to rough, it said.
Light to moderate winds from the northeast will prevail over the rest of Luzon, and from the east to the northeast over the Visayas and Mindanao, with slight to moderate seas.
PAGASA said that they spotted a cloud cluster outside the Philippine area of responsibility and they are expecting it to enter the country anytime today.
They added that the cluster may possible become a low pressure area within the next 24 to 48 hours.
