Radaza to Check Lapu College

Following the suspension of Tomas Ramos from the Talisay City College (TCC), Lapulapu City Mayor Paz Radaza expressed her intention to have the operations of Lapulapu City College (LLCC) checked for any irregularities.

Ramos, who serves as school director to both city colleges, was suspended late last month for the unremitted P10 million collections of the TCC. Radaza said that although she has high regards for Ramos’ performance in LLCC, she would still continue with the probe to erase doubts. She, however, clarified that there is no conflict of interest that Ramos is serving the two state-owned schools.
