Power Outage Schedules for June 9-14
Power outages may be experienced in different locations around Cebu this coming June 9 to 14, 2018. People in affected areas are advised to be prepared. The power interruptions will give way for maintenance which includes replacement or relocation of electrical posts, maintenance of power lines, and replacement or upgrade of transformers. The brownouts may span 1 to 9 hours.
Here are the schedules for power outages as provided by the Visayan Electric Company (VECO):
June 9 (Saturday)
[1] Time: 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. (8hrs)
Purpose: To facilitate extension of primary lines
Areas affected:

[2] Time: 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. (7hrs)
Purpose: To facilitate upgrading of transformer
