PNP-SAF to Conduct Recruitment
Borongan City, Eastern Samar — The Eastern Samar Provincial Police Office (ESPPO) announces that the Philippine National Police-Special Action Force (PNP-SAF) shall conduct a mobile recruitment to fill up the two thousand four hundred (2,400) police officers quota.
According to Acting Provincial Director, Police Sr. Superintendent Tranquilino Araral, the purpose of the recruitment is to address the various threats to national security, through strengthening and reinforcing the force of PNP-SAF.
Araral discloses that starting on August 26 to September 4, 2016, the SAF Mobile Recruitment Team will visit various provincial police offices, police stations, colleges, and universities. They will also have a series of radio guestings in different radio stations unti September 4 for further information on the activity.
The SAF team will be at the PNP-Regional Office 08 (PRO-8) Grandstand in Camp Ruperto Kangleon, Palo, Leyte on August 28 – 31; and on September 2 – 4, they will be at the Northern Samar Provincial Police Office to process the applications, conduct the face-to-face interviews, conduct tattoo inspections, and conduct height and Physical Agility Tests (PAT).
Araral also informed that the group shall be assisted by the personnel from the Regional Health Service 08. (SDC/PIA-E. Samar)
