PLDT MyDSL Biz Packages Boost SMEs

Leading telecom company, PLDT, recently launched their MyDSL Biz with business bundles that can be customized for SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises). The event was held at the Mandarin Hotel last July 18. The launch showcased all the newly upgraded line of PLDT MyDSL Biz packages equipped with the latest tech gadgets, cloud solutions as well as faster connectivity speeds. Booths with specs and details were available during the event.

Among those present during the launch were PLDT SME Nation Assistant Vice President and Marketing Head, Amil Azurin, Data Category Head from Manila, Christian Lim and PLDT Assistant Vice President, Nilo Bantilan.

During the press conference Christian Lim quipped, “The PLDT MyDSL Biz packages contain enhancements for the service. We cater to problems like slow connectivity and vanity emails. We also provide ICT solutions in order for SMEs to become domestic and globally competitive. It is higher efficiency, for a lower cost.” Amil Azurin also added, “The new MyDSL Biz bundles give SMEs the flexibility of choosing the best package to fit their needs. There are six plans that come with a free PLDT Biz Box Modem. Business plans are as follows: The PRO plan which can be purchased for P4, 000/month with a minimum speed of 512 kbps, the BOOSTER plan priced at P6000/month, can reach up to 8mbps with a minimum speed of 640kbps, the ELITE, MAX and MAX PLUS which are priced at P8,000, P15,000 and P20,000/month, respectively. The fastest business plan is the MAX TURBO, priced at 25,000/month and has a connectivity of up to 14mbps with a minimum speed of 1.2 mbps.

Among the inclusions of the PLDT Cloud on the other hand is the Cloud Video Monitoring–a web-based surveillance system that allows owners and managers to check their businesses in real time.There is also the Cloud Point of Sale (POS)– a cost-effective and reliable hosted system that lets business owners keep track of all their sales and inventories. The CLOUD Conferencing lets SMEs have virtual meetings at a fraction of the cost. Businessmen also don’t need to worry about data loss, hardware malfunctions, infections and unauthorized access with the CLOUD Storage and Backup System. You can even get more devices for a minimal fee. Included in the setup is the static ip which is powered by biz box modems. The press conference ended with a raffle draw among those present during the gathering. Samsung android tablets and smartphones were among those raffled during the launch.
