Pastry Making with Chef Benoit

Unleash the pastry chef in you and head over to Waterfront Cebu City Hotel and Casino and enjoy a series of pastry making lessons that will surely be the best kick off for summer 2016.

Waterfront’s Executive Chef, Chef Benoit Laboureux, will be sharing his knowledge on some of the easiest but tastiest pastries. Chef Benoit has been teaching basic pastry making around the world for quite a number of years and he wishes to continue imparting his skills on the Cebuanos this time.

Sweet classics such as chocolate truffles and tiramisu are some of the recipes that he will be teaching those who will join his classes.

“I want to teach them pastries that are easy to do so they can do it at home. Plus, I am willing to share my best recipes to them,” Chef Benoit explained.

Chef Benoit’s pastry making workshop will be on March 5 and March 19, 2016, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 noon at Waterfront’s Del Sol Function Room. To avail of free admission, simply send a creative message to Waterfront’s Marketing Team to convince them why you should be granted the free admission. All entries may be written, sung, danced or represented in a work of art that will best express your desire to join the class. All entries must be sent to waterfrontcontests@gmail.com on or before March 29, 2016.
