“Moderate to occasionally strong winds blowing from the east will prevail over the eastern section of Luzon and Visayas and the coastal waters along these areas will be moderate to occasionally rough,” PAGASA said in its advisory Saturday.
PAGASA noted that the coastal waters along the areas will also be moderate to occasionally rough.
Other areas will have light to moderate winds, blowing from the east to northeast.
