Malacañang extended its condolences to the Cojuangco family for the passing of Tarlac 1st Dist. Rep. Enrique M. Cojuangco, who died of aneurysm Tuesday morning.
“We convey our deepest condolences to his bereaved family. Representative Cojuangco served for two terms and was known and admired for his professionalism and dedication to public service,” Presidential Communications Operations Office (PCOO) Secretary Herminio B. Coloma Jr. said in a statement.

He served for two terms after winning the 2010 and 2013 congressional elections.
He was the chair of the House committee on economic affairs.
He is the brother of businessman Danding Cojuangco, who was the chairman and chief executive officer of conglomerate San Miguel Corporation (SMC). (PNA) SCS/JS/EDS
