PAGASA Says Cold Front, Amihan to Bring Rain to Parts of PHL
State weather agency said the tail-end of a cold front and the Northeast Monsoon may bring rain to parts of the country on Tuesday.
PAGASA said the tail-end of a cold front is affecting Mindanao while the Northeast Monsoon is affecting Luzon.
It added that Northern Mindanao, Caraga, Central Visayas and the provinces of Leyte and Negros Occidental will have cloudy skies with light to moderate rain showers and thunderstorms.
PAGASA also said Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon may expect partly cloudy to at times cloudy skies with isolated light rain while the rest of Visayas and Mindanao will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms.
PAGASA said moderate to strong winds from the northeast will prevail over Luzon and Visayas and coastal the waters along these areas will be moderate to rough seas.
In some parts of the country, winds will be light to moderate coming from the northeast to north with slight to moderate seas.
