PAGASA: Rain Over Eastern Visayas, Mindanao Thursday
PAGASA reported that three weather systems may bring rain over parts of Luzon, Eastern Visayas and Mindanao on Thursday.
It added that the Northeast Monsoon is affecting northern Luzon while the tail-end of a cold front is affecting Central and Southern Luzon.
The bureau on the other hand said that trough or extension of a low-pressure area is affecting Mindanao.
Mindanao, Eastern Visayas, Bicol and Cagayan, Isabela, Aurora and Quezon will experience cloudy skies with light to moderate rain showers and thunderstorms, PAGASA said.
Cordillera, Ilocos, the rest of Central Luzon and the rest of Cagayan Valley will have cloudy skies with light rain.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms, it added.
Moderate to strong winds from the northeast will prevail over Luzon and Visayas and the coastal waters along these areas will be moderate to rough.
For the rest of the country, winds will be light to moderate coming from the northeast with slight to moderate seas.
