PAGASA: Northeast Monsoon Brings Rains Over Eastern Visayas, Mindanao on Tuesday
Expect rains in some parts of Visayas and Mindanao on Tuesday due to northeast monsoon, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA).
In its advisory, PAGASA said Northeast Monsoon will affect the Eastern section of Visayas.
For Tuesday forecast, PAGASA said Eastern Visayas, Davao Region and CARAGA will experience cloudy skies with light to moderate rains while the rest of the Visayas and Mindanao will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.
The rest of Luzon including Metro Manila will have partly cloudy to at times cloudy skies with isolated light rains.
Moderate to strong winds coming from the Northeast will prevail over Southern Luzon, Visayas and Eastern Mindanao and the coastal waters along these areas will be moderate to rough.
Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate blowing from the Northeast with slight to moderate seas. (PNA) LGI/CLTC
