PAGASA: Expect Rains Over Most Parts of PHL on Monday
Most parts of the country may experience rainshowers on Monday, state weather bureau Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said.
In its advisory, PAGASA said cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and thunderstorms may prevail over Metro Manila, the regions of Ilocos, Cordillera, Cagayan, Mimaropa, Calabarzon, western Visayas, the provinces of Zambales and Bataan.
As of 6:30 a.m., PAGASA said thunderstorms affecting Caloocan, Malabon, Navotas, Valenzuela, Bulacan (San Jose Del Monte) and portions of Batangas may persist for one to two hours.
Cavite and other areas of Bulacan should expect thunderstorm within the next two hours.
PAGASA added that light to moderate with occasional heavy rains currently affecting other areas of Metro Manila, Zambales (San Antonio, Subic, Olongapo), portions of Bataan, Rizal, Laguna and Quezon may persist for one to two hours.
The rest of the country may experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.
