PAGASA: E. Visayas Will be Cloudy with Light to Moderate Rain

State weather agency said Eastern Visayas and Caraga will be cloudy with light to moderate rain and thunderstorms Monday.

It added that Cagayan Valley and Cordillera Regions will also be cloudy with light rain due to the northeast monsoon.

Meanwhile, Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will be partly cloudy to cloudy, with isolated light rain.

PAGASA added the rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy, with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms.

Winds will be moderate to strong from the northeast over Luzon, where coastal waters will be moderate to rough, it said.

In some parts of the country, winds will be light to moderate from the northeast, with slight to moderate seas.
