PAGASA: All Storm Signals Lifted; TD Ruby to Exit PAR Thursday
PAGASA reported that Tropical Depression Ruby continues to move away from the Philippines, prompting them to lift all storm warning signals before noon Tuesday.
However, PAGASA still warned fishermen and those using small seacraft against big waves in the seaboards of Luzon, due to the Northeast Monsoon.
PAGASA’s Aldczar Aurelio said over GMA’s radio dzBB said that amihan could still affect the seaboards Luzon and Metro Manila. He added that Ruby and the Northeast Monsoon will cause rough to very rough sea conditions over the seaboards of Luzon.
Metro Manila and nearby provinces can expect a gradual improvement of the weather starting Wednesday, Aurelio said.
By early morning Thursday, Ruby’s centers will be outside Philippine Area of Responsibility, and the weather will continue to improve.
