Padgett Place Cebu Starts Turnover

Duros Land Properties Inc. has started the turnover of the units at Padgett Place Cebu, Molave St. Lahug Cebu City

The Padgett Place Cebu is a 26 storey residential building on a 3, 462 square meters of land area with 191 residential units developed by Cebu Green Peaks Development, Inc. a collaborated venture with Duros Land Group of Companies chaired by Mr. Rafaelito Barino, and Mr. Montano Ty, President of Tambuli Seaside Living.

The condominium building provides luxury, and glamour living.
