P600k Worth of Shabu Nabbed in Talisay CIty
A woman was arrested in Sitio Rattan, Brgy. Tangle, Talisay for the possession of illegal drugs last Tuesday, August 28, 2018.
Cherry Mae Salibay Macuto, 34 years old, was arrested by the joint operation of Cebu Provincial Police Office Provincial Intelligence Branch, Provincial Mobile Force and Provincial Drug Enforcement Unit.
Confiscated in Macuto’s possession were 52 grams of white crystalline substance suspected to be shabu with an estimated street value of P613,600.
Macuto will face charges in violation of Republic Act 9165 also known as Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002. (ASC)
