P3M Worth of Drugs Nabbed and 2 Arrested in Buy-Bust Op
Over P3 million worth of drugs was recovered from two high value targets (HVT) in a buy-bust operation in Green Valley Street, Brgy. Capitol Site, Cebu City, March 19, 2019.
Central Visayas Drug Enforcement Unit with Abellana Police Station 2 conducted the buy-bust operation in the area and arrested Mark Ababa Mier and his cousin Virgo Pacubas Mier both residents of F. Rallos St., Barangay Suba , Cebu City.
Confiscated from the suspects were 575 grams of suspected methamphetamine hydrochloride locally known as ‘shabu’ with an estimated market value of P3,400,000.
Suspects are now detained and will face charges in violation of R.A. 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002. (ASC)
