P14-M Worth Drugs Nabbed in Cebu
More than P14 million worth of drugs was nabbed in a buy-bust operation in Cebu on September 14, 2018.
The high-value targets were identified as Adel Villafuerte and Jasmine Villafuerte, husband and wife while operatives also arrested Ronnel Ylanan as an alleged associate.
Operatives from Police Station 3 in Mandaue City conducted the buy-bust operation in Mandaue City but the suspects asked to continue the transaction in Cebu City.
The undercover then handed the P10,000 marked money to the suspects and immediately arrested the suspects.
Recovered from the buy-operation were 1.250 kilograms ug suspected shabu with an estimated street value P14,750,000. (Aljun S. Cainghog)
