Over 200 Job Vacancies in BFP-7

The Bureau of Fire Protection in Central Visayas (BFP)-7 is in need of additional Fire Officers to serve the people of the region.

Aspiring Fire Officers can go directly to the agency’s regional office in Natalio Bacalso Avenue in Cebu City to inquire and apply.

Around 200 job vacancies are offered by the BFP-7.

Job vacancies are open to all graduates of any course and they can apply and try their luck to be the next fireman.

However, BFP-7 Regional Director F/SUPT. Gilbert Dolot said that graduates of accounting or any engineering course will have the advantage since they are planning to modernize the office and operations of BFP-7.

Dolot also said that by next year, they are planning to construct an arson laboratory as part of the modernization program and they also need chemists for the said project.

“We need chemists kasi magtatayo tayo ng arson laboratory hopefully next year,” Dolot said

Dolot added that they need engineers to implement the Fire Code of The Philippines and other engineering works. (MLC)
