One Minor, 3 Others Nabbed in Buy-Bust Op
A buy-bust operation arrested four suspected drug peddlers in Brgy. Tisa, Cebu City on February 27, 2019.
Police identified the suspects as Arnel John Abella, 29; Michelle Mahinay, 22 and a 17-year old male minor.
Recovered in the operation were 1 pack of suspected shabu
The contraband weighed 100 grams with a Dangerous Drugs Board value of P680,000. (ASC)
