#OdettePH Slightly Weakens, Headed Straight to Cebu
#OdettePH MCN Typhoon Watch
Typhoon “Odette” slightly weakens and is now traversing the northern portion of Bohol, according to the latest update from the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA).
The PAGASA update also said that Typhoon Odette is currently over the coastal waters of Pres. Carlos P. Garcia, Bohol (10.1°N, 124.5°E), and headed straight to southern Cebu.
Currently, here are the areas that are under Signal No. 4:
Leyte
Southern Leyte, the southwestern portion of Leyte (Hilongos, Bato, Matalom)
Bohol
The entirety of Bohol
Cebu
The central and southern portions of Cebu (Lapu-Lapu City, Cordova, Cebu City, Mandaue City, Consolacion, Liloan, Toledo City, City of Talisay, Minglanilla, City of Naga, Pinamungahan, San Fernando, City of Carcar, Aloguinsan, Barili, Sibonga, Dumanjug, Ronda, Argao, Alcantara, Moalboal, Badian, Dalaguete, Alcoy, Alegria, Malabuyoc, Boljoon, Oslob, Ginatilan, Samboan, Santander)
Negros

Electricity update
Meanwhile, as #OdettePH nears Cebu, Visayan Electric Co. (VECO) said in an advisory published on their social media pages that 95-percent of their service areas are now interrupted.
VECO has also suspended all line restoration and survey works as the weather condition in Cebu worsens. (GFB)
