Moderate to occasionally strong winds blowing from Northeast will prevail over Eastern Visayas with moderate to occasionally rough seas. Light to moderate winds blowing from the Northeast will prevail over Palawan, Occidental Mindoro and rest of Visayas with slight to moderate seas.
