SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 AM today, the eye of Typhoon Queenie was located based on all available data at 1,250 km East of Tuguegarao City, Cagayan (17.4N, 133.5E) with maximum sustained winds of 190 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 235 km/h. Moving Northwest at 15 km/h.
FORECAST: Eastern Visayas will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorm caused by the trough of TY Queenie. Palawan, Occidental Mindoro, and the rest of Visayas will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.
