Northeast Monsoon Brings Isolated Light Rains over Luzon — PAGASA
Manila (PNA) -– The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said on Monday that fair weather will continue to prevail as northeast monsoon continues to be the dominant weather system affecting the country.
In its advisory, PAGASA said the Northeast Monsoon is affecting Luzon, as Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will have partly cloudy to at times cloudy skies with isolated light rains while the rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.
PAGASA added that moderate to strong winds blowing from the northeast to east will prevail over Luzon and coming from the northeast over the eastern section of Visayas and Mindanao and the coastal waters along these areas will be moderate to rough.
Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate coming from the northeast with slight to moderate seas. (PNA) FFC/CLTC
