Nokia is expected to unveil as many as six new devices and the much rumored Lumia 1520 later this month. Nokia has an event scheduled to take place in Abu Dhabi dated October 22, where it is likely to make these announcements.

A purported press render of the device has leaked, and its shows off the new Nokia phablet in red. This press render has been leaked by @evleaks, who has a solid track record when it comes to these things. Rumor specifications of Lumia 1520 includes a 6 inch display with 3,400mAh battery. No pricing or release information is available at this point in time.
