No More Face Shields in Areas Under Alert Level 3 in PH
The use of face shields to enter establishments is no longer a requirement in areas under Alert Level 3 in the country.
On Monday, President Rodrigo Duterte approved the lifting of the mandatory use of face shields in areas under Alert Level 1, 2, and 3.
However, in areas under Alert Level 4, respective local government units (LGUs) and business establishments have the discretion to use face shields.
In areas under Alert Level 5 — the country’s highest alert level, the use of face shields in the community setting will remain mandatory.
Last September 22, President Duterte approve the use of face shields in areas called 3Cs which are closed, crowded, and close contact. (ASC)
