At 2 P.M., a recommendation from Incident Command Post (ICP) Commander, Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction Management Office (PDRRMO) Head Baltazar Tribunalo to Naga City Mayor Kristine Chiong to shift from Search, Rescue and Retrieval Operations to Search, Recovery and Retrieval Operations.

After finding no signs of life week after the landslide incident in Naga City, Cebu, there is very slim chance to find someone alive under the rubble, Tribunalo said in a meeting.

An emotional Naga City Mayor Kristine Chiong accepted the recommendation as it has been a week after the landslide that took lives of her constituents.
