Now on its sixth year, the 6th MTRCB Family and Child Summit (FCS 6) will center on the theme: “Cebu and its Place in Philippine Cinema History.”

The Summit features the centennial celebration of the 100th year of Philippine Cinema and the invaluable contribution of the Cebuano Film Industry in molding the landscape of Philippine cinema.

Nearly a thousand students, academicians, and media practitioners are expected to gather during the summit.

FCS 6 will be highlighted by lectures and panel discussions from renowned resource speakers, such as “Queen of Visayan Movies” and MTRCB Board Member Gloria Sevilla, Prof. Nick Deocampo, and Professor and Director Jose Javier Reyes.
