Who doesn’t enjoy a night to unwind with friends? But then we always pay for it’s pleasures with poor looks and feeling sluggish in the morning. Or if you have spent the night drinking with your girlfriends, one thing usually overlooked is drinking water in between shots as alcohol dehydrates the body.

Before going to bed, have a light snack to balance the salt and drink some more water! Here are some tips to give you a quick fix the morning after.

If you only have 5 minutes: Drink water and take a warm shower. A lemon or citrus flavor body wash or soap like Dove’s Go Fresh Energizing Beauty Bar (P45) and your favorite face scrub helps wake your body up. Go about with your usual after-shower regimen. If you have 10 minutes: You have a bit more time to do minimal makeup. Follow the tips above then use your concealer to cover imperfections or redness.
