Miss Universe New Zealand At Plantation Bay Resort And Spa

This year, Cebu was the destination of choice for the Miss Universe New Zealand.  The 20 lovely candidates spent 6 days exploring the beaches, enjoying local food and get to experience world-class Cebuano hospitality.

The candidates were presented to the local media in a press conference at the Plantation Bay Resort and Spa last July 26, 2016 at the Alcatraz Ballroom. They candidly answer questions from the media and posed for photos at resorts pool wearing their casual attire.

Also present were Nigel Godrey, the Executive Producer and CEO, Jack Yan, General Counsel and Co-director, and Becky Ashley the pageant organizer and camp mother. The General Manager of Plantation Bay, Efren P. Belarmino, and Hembler Mendoza, Lapu-lapu City tourism officer were also there to welcome them.

The Miss Universe New Zealand event will be held at Sky City on September 3, 2016 in New Zealand.
