MCCI to Hold Mandaue Business Summit on Aug. 14
To inspire people to be game changers in their businesses, the Mandaue Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MCCI) will present applicable game-changing concepts and strategies during its annual Mandaue Business Summit on Aug. 14, 2015 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Oakridge Business Park in A.S. Fortuna, Mandaue City.
The Summit is a one-day learning event that features top-calibre speakers who will share their knowledge and expertise on business and corporate excellence.
It is one of the major events of MCCI’s Business Month (MBM) 2015 and 50th anniversary this year.
“Through this summit, we hope to advocate MBM 2015’s theme of ‘Celebrating Game Changers’ and provide participants with lessons they can use to enhance their businesses,” said event chairperson Steven Yu of Alliance Pacific Resources Corp. His co-chair is Stanley Go of Virginia Food, Inc.
The Business Summit will feature Francis J. Kong, a multi-awarded businessman and president of Success Options Publishing Company and FunWorks Inc.; Ho Sun Yee, who has more than 33 years of experience in direct line management, staff functions and leadership development in the Singapore Armed Forces, private healthcare sector and non-profit sector; and Dr. Bernardo Villegas, special economics adviser to five Philippine presidents.
The event will also highlight talks by Dr. Donald Patrick Lim, chief digital officer of ABS-CBN Broadcasting Corporation; Chinkee Tan, actor, entrepreneur, writer, and motivational speaker; Kenneth Lingan, country manager of Google Philippines and Butch Jimenez, executive of PLDT, film producer, master motivator and best-selling author.
Registration fee is P1,200 for MCCI members and P1,500 for non-MCCI members. This is inclusive of snacks, lunch and conference kits.
The Mandaue Business Month (MBM), is the flagship event of Mandaue Chamber of Commerce and Industry as part of Mandaue City’s Charter Day celebration. It is aimed at promoting sustainable and socially-responsible entrepreneurship and to strategically position Mandaue City to be an attractive destination for business and investment. This is held in partnership with the Local Government of Mandaue City and the Provincial Government of Cebu.
