When M Bakery was first launched in Manila, it highlighted the flavor of local favorite “ube” or purple yam in a featured cake and cupcake. Its famous Banana Pudding also got some local lovin’ when its Choc Nut version came out last year. Both local flavors continue to enjoy consistent patronage from dessert-loving foodies in Manila. Now, M Bakery releases more treats with locally distinct flavors perfect for the upcoming summer and beyond!

Mango Jamboree

If we’re talking about local dessert flavors from the Philippines, one cannot miss the delicious taste of Philippine mangoes known for its incomparable natural sweetness. M Bakery whipped up the Manila-exclusive Mango Jamboree made with pecan shortbread crust, layers of cream cheese and whipped cream filling, and topped with a generous helping of fresh mango chunks that mango-lovers will surely not be able to resist. You can enjoy a hefty serving of this dessert at Php 325 per slice.

Calamansi Cupcake and Muffin

Aside from the indulgent Calamansi Icebox Pie, you can now enjoy the citrusy-goodness of calamansi in M Bakery’s famous cupcake and muffin treats.

The perfect balance of calamansi’s sour and zesty flavors comes rich in the Calamansi Cupcake that has calamansi filling and is topped with meringue icing. Meanwhile, the Calamansi Muffin is made with rich butter-based batter with fresh calamansi juice and a pinch of calamansi zest. Both treats can be best enjoyed as dessert, breakfast, or snacks with M Bakery’s freshly-brewed coffee.

The Calamansi Cupcake is priced at Php 165 per piece while you can get the Calamansi Muffin at Php 185 each.

Choc Nut Cupcake

After the hit Choc Nut Banana Pudding, you can now enjoy Choc Nut’s choco-peanut flavor in M Bakery’s new Choc Nut Cupcake filled with Choc Nut spread, topped with Choc Nut buttercream and chunks of Choc Nut bars. It’s like two childhood favorites combined in one happy treat at Php 165 each piece.

“We know that the Philippines has so many flavors to offer. We’re constantly trying to blend this in M Bakery’s classic offerings to showcase the richness of our local ingredients and make more indulgent desserts available for our good food-loving patrons,” said Stewart Ong, Managing Partner and Franchise Owner of M Bakery in the Philippines.

One would notice that the new M Bakery products are reminiscent of good old summer days in Manila and it couldn’t come at a better time as the new season approaches fast. But aside from these flavors, M Bakery has more offerings you can indulge with this summer:
