LG Unveils Three L-Series Handsets Ahead of MWC 2014
LG has recently announced a trio of third generation L-Series Android handsets after the company launched their latest handset – the LG G Pro 2 last week.
LG officially unveiled the new third generation lineup issuing an image of the handsets in black and white variations – the LG L40, LG L70 and the LG L90.
All three phones will come pre-installed with Google’s latest OS Android 4.4 KitKat.
The LG L90 sports the highest spec of the group with a 4.7-inch display and a 960 x 540 pixel resolution.
Under the hood, the LG L90 packs a 1.2GHz quad-core processor, 1GB of RAM, 8GB of internal storage and an 8-megapixel rear-mounted camera alongside a 2540mAh Lithium-polymer battery.
As for the LG L70 and L40, both devices will pack 1.2GHz dual-core CPU, but for the L70, it will feature a 4.5-inch display with a resolution of 800 x 400 and a 2100mAh battery, while the L40, an entry level offering a 3.5-inch with 480 x 320 pixel display that is ideal for new smartphone owners.
The L70 will pack 1GB of RAM compare of that 512MB of L40, but both devices will come with 4GB of internal storage.
The L70 will also come with an 8MP rear-facing camera or a 5-megapixel camera depending on the market, while the L40 will come with a 3-megapixel camera and a 1700mAh battery.
