King Properties Partners with KMC for 1Nito Tower

King Properties signed KMC as its leasing partner in its first-ever office building in Cebu. The established residential developer will soon introduce 1 Nito Tower to the metro’s skyline as a long-lasting namesake tribute to its founder, Juanito King.

KMC Executive Director Melo Porciuncula and Landlord Representation Associate Director Chris Ting led the signing and officially inked the partnership with King Properties, Inc President Jason A. King.

King emphasized that their partnership with KMC was established as early as 2014. He said, “We only wanted to partner with a company that is reliable but also always delivers.”

Porciuncula also added that the leading full-service real estate services firm is happy to be part of this unique King Properties estate. “KMC takes pride in being one of their trusted partners and we are looking to deliver the message of an iconic development in Cebu,” he said.

The 1Nito Tower is the first venture of King Properties, Inc in producing larger office spaces in Cebu that are purely for lease. King shared, “1 Nito Tower is conceptualized to become a development that gives great value to society and given the market potential of office leasing in Cebu, we have chosen to explore it as well.”

King added that the tower is going to be the developer’s beacon of success to culminate its 20 years in the industry. Apart from being a tribute to its legacy, this will aim to provide a space that tailor-fit its amenities based on the tenants’ needs.

“That is why the building façade is inspired by the King Properties logo – once it is built, it will now be part of the Cebu Skyline,” he said.
